What We Can't Do

• We cannot make your video look better than the source video you send us.  This is not to say that improving source video isn't possible, it's just that we don't do it.
• We do not do "rush" orders. We process orders on a "first come-first served" basis.  We also make no guarantees as to processing time, but depending on our present volume, filling an order can take up to two months.
• We cannot capture or duplicate - in any way - copyrighted material, unless our customer holds the copyright.  We are aware the FBI is watching and we could go to prison for up to five years and face a $250,000 fine, or both, etc., in a variety of languages.
